Terms and Conditions

Orders
Orders will be received by Holiday Grocery Boxes, processed and a Confirmation of Order e-mailed to you within 48 hours. All grocery items are quality checked and packed into appropriate sealed containers.

Delivery
Orders are processed and dispatched to reach you at the pre-arranged delivery time and place.

If you change the Delivery Instructions or Date of Arrival specified on your Confirmation of Order, please notify Holiday Grocery Boxes no later than five working days prior to advised date of arrival.

Order Cancellations and Refunds
We appreciate that travel arrangements can change due to a number of circumstances, some of which may be beyond your control. We will make every effort to assist where possible, but require you adhere to the following terms:
  • Holiday Grocery Boxes are happy to accept cancellation of an order up to five days prior to advised Date of Arrival without any obligation and a full refund will be issued back to your credit card.
  • For cancellations made less than five days, but earlier than twenty four hours prior to advised Date of Arrival, a NZD60 processing fee will be deducted prior to refunding. For cancellations made twenty four hours or less prior to advised Date of Arrival, no refund will be issued.
  • In the event that you choose to not proceed with your travel arrangements, and fail to give any notification prior to advised arrival date, no refund will be issued.
  • Once travel has commenced, should you experience travel delays due to airline cancellation/delay, illness or accident, you still have an obligation to contact us as soon as possible and advise of your revised arrival. We will also monitor incoming flights and will make every endeavor to accommodate airline delays you may experience and deliver your order to align with new arrival times.
Product Satisfaction
Should any goods arrive damaged or be faulty in any way, we will happily replace or refund that item without question. To accommodate perishable items, goods are packed in separate chilled containers and delivered as close to delivery times as practicable. Once the customer has taken delivery of their vehicle, the responsibility for continued refrigeration transfers to them.

Product Availability
Every effort has been made to select product which is of the highest standard and suitability. We do reserve the right to make substitutions for any items which may be temporarily unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control. All substitutions will be made with similar items of the same or greater value.

Product Disclaimer
Every care has been taken by Holiday Grocery Boxes to ensure all food items provided in their Gluten Free grocery boxes fully comply with the gluten free status as presented in the New Zealand Manufactured Foods Database (MFD) and represented by the individual manufacturers concerned. Holiday Grocery Boxes can accept no liability or responsibility for claims made by these manufacturers which are incorrect and/or misleading. As a precaution, consumers are encouraged to check all labelling before consuming.

Payment
Secure payment by credit card will be accepted per PayPal facility.

Privacy Policy
You have provided us with details which enable us to process your order and meet your requirements. This information will be kept confidential and not shared with any other website we may have a link to and accordingly we do not take responsibility for their own practises.

Our services have been carefully developed through consultation with our customers and have been aligned to comply with New Zealand industry guidelines including Fair Trading Act, Sale of Goods Act, Commerce Act and Consumer Guarantees Act.
